We use gelcoat to provide our vessels with a level of protection from UV rays and harmful chemicals.
It is a preferred application due to its long-lasting durability. Gelcoat also protects the boat from leaks and cracks.
Our vacuum infusion process provides our vessels with a number of advantages:
Consistent resin use (and ultimately less resin wastage), high consistency and repeatability alongside providing an overall cleaner process.
Ultimately, this provides our customers with: a higher quality vessel, a better interior finish, and a faster cycle time.
